.........Andrew, cgimagery. Andrew, his mom & his cousin were in a car accident today. And, while everyone is now home, it could have been much worse. But poor Andrew is starting to feel his aches & bruises & I think it's going to be much worse before it gets better.

ibproufen ....or however it's spelled ....that's generic Motrin, which is a pain reliever & an anti-inflammatory....meaning it helps relieve pain & helps to keep down the swelling too

Yeah man ... thankfully and hopefully you and your family will make a full and complete recovery and end up with just a good story to tell. You might want to think about taking something, even if you hate pills, just to ensure that you keep your mobility. Really, really important and if you start to feel worse ... get to the doc's soon.

Arnica ointment rubbed on the bruises works wonders, and helps with muscle pain as well.
