was wondering if anyone other than myself (and caedes...of course) did any serious web designing? obviously we've got some good graphics designers here, but I've yet to see anyone with a striking home page (my apologies if I've missed you).

BTW - as far as languages go... I know PHP/MySQL, Perl, Javascript, CSS, and of course....HTML.

I did my first webpage when I was 12...sos I got about 5 years experience in HTML...but everything else is 2-3 years experience.

When I was 12, HTML didn't exist. I can do basic HTML and some javascript. That's about it. I can do C++ as well, but that has no bearing on web pages. My homepage is far from inspiring, but I lack the necessary time, expertise and inclination to do any better.

I do have some basic web design skills, but I never finished designing my own site. I just can't figure out what to put on it... When I get an idea, I'll try to do something.

I never bothered to learn any mark-up languages, my knowledge lies in Operating Systems and hardware. I would rather have raid arrays and wireless networking at my house then have my own website.

The work of art may have a moral effect, but to demand moral purpose from an artist is to make him ruin his work. (Johann Wolfgang von Goethe - 1832)

lol...thats why i learn both :) I built my current system, and networked my entire household (5 machines).

seriously tho...if some of you high class graphics designers ever wanted a portfolio site to show off your work, I'd be happy to give you a hand. I'm, of course, in it to get my name out as a web designer, but I work for peanuts :)

my portfolio site is www.unendingproject.com - all it holds now is my desktop gallery and web design gallery, but it'll give you an idea of what I'm talkin about.

Hi guys. I'm a beginner, but I'm very driven, so I'm learning every day and I want to become a first-class web designer. By the way, on the advice of my close friend, he is also a designer, I started visiting this site https://masterbundles.com/cocomelon-svg-images/ And already in my first work I used their Cocomelon SVG images. It is not surprising that my project caused delight. It could not be otherwise, because SVG images are the best tool for designers, as they allow them to bring their original ideas to life. In general, I concluded that this platform is suitable for both beginners and experienced masters.

Hiring managers can enjoy numerous benefits by outsourcing IT positions. For instance, they can access a wider range of candidates, including those with specialized skills and experience from other regions and countries.
