How does one access Selective Voting Results page that is current??? The one I get now shows only older photos.

Selective voting has been phased out. You will only see the stats for your images that were voted on during the period that selective voting was in effect.
Your newer images will all be voted on using the random voting system, so they won't have the selective voting stats.
