I don't know how many of you know Stephen Colbert, but suffice to say that he is not the president's strongest supporter. That, and he is one of the greatest satirists in America. Now imagine him speaking in front of the entire staff of the white house, 15 feet from the president, for an unadulterated 20 minutes. This is quite possibly the funniest thing I've ever seen. To paraphrase one of his not-so-subtle jokes;

"Everybody asks for personnel changes. So the White House has personnel changes. Then you write, “Oh, they’re just rearranging the deck chairs on the Titanic." First of all, that is a terrible metaphor. This administration is not sinking. This administration is soaring. If anything, they are rearranging the deck chairs on the Hindenburg!"

Colbert was brilliant...best in yer face stuff I have seen and still appear to keep it funny. He did what many wish they could. Problem is kick the dog and he may bite you. Those men (administration?) have an agenda and I know some men who will be the first to go and Colbert will be high on the list. The guy has some brass ones for sure and he was as I said brilliant. Not many will go in yer face with the NWO.

I thought Colbert was great Matt. I liked everything that I have read so far about the satirical performance he gave. Good for him!
