Does anyone round here have trouble sleeping?
I need some ideas on what to do to ether remedy the problem or things to do in my irate state of mind.

Wake up at 6AM, work all day, come home and run a mile, then eat a lot for dinner. Zzzzzz

Leonardo de Vinci had a nice sleep habit that Kramer tried on Seinfeld . . . to save the time explaining it . . . look it up - - it will make you look forward to your sleeping times

I think it's necessary to have a very regular life:
Not to rise late
The main meal at noon, rather than in the evening.
Going to sleep always at the same hour.
To find an activity that helps to find the sleep: to read, or... ;-)

Do something that takes a ton of energy to do, that will make you tired.

Reading usually works, but you have to read till the book drops on your head.

Stay up till we're tired, sleep till we're no longer sleepy, that's the schedule of the unemployed student. (like me.)
Lots of fun, not so great for making the tuition next semester.

I have never slept as well as I did after soccer practice when I was in high school . . . running always helped ;-)
