You may or may not agree that when it comes to landscape photography, film rules over digital. I've never seriously used film but I'm always trying to recreate the effect digitally.
Anyhow, the other day I came across a plugin that emulates fuji velvia 50 film. I've only had it a couple of days now, but i'm quite impressed by the results. Of course all the effects can be recreated purely in Photoshop, but this is quicker and easier!
The plugin is called Velvia Vision V1.1 and can be downloaded in a PC or Mac version Here. It does come at a price, $24.90 to be exact (approx 14 earth pounds).
It's worth mentioning that after installation, to get to the plugin in photoshop, go to File> Automate> Velvia Vision.
Eek!....... see what you mean about the price, it's nearly the same as a film slr ;)
They do give a full 30 day demo though, which is nice. So for the next 30 days i'm going live like a king:)
