Patience is a virtue.
Sometimes you have to stop and smell the fractal roses.
Change can be a good thing, especially mutations. Or was that from the X-Men? ;)
Instant gratification does not work for everything.
What you see is not always what you get.
Don't judge a fractal by its cover.
Tweaking things can be a good idea.
I tried a fractal program once... it might have been Apophysis. The only thing I learned was that I didn't have the patience for it (I already knew I didn't like numbers, so that lesson was wasted on me).
the only reason most people do fractals is because the programs hide the numbers from you .. unless you actually open the door with the screams emanating from behind it
I'd be a blubbering fool if I had to actually sculpt my own formulas .. so, take what I am now and add 5%
I've studied programming, so I could script some things if I had to, but I'd rather not because I don't like numbers. I am definitely more right-brained then left.
