How about a DeviantArt group just for members of Caedes?

that's not a bad idea. but that would sorta make everyone here go there just for a group. idk if it makes sense. BUT it could get more DA ppl to come here. idk. it's like 50/50. the boss man has to decide. he's got a DA membership thing also ;P

Why do you want a DA art group for Caedes... Caedes IS an art group

I know, its just that a few Caedes members are also part of DeviantArt.

That's their choice.. I really dont think its appropriate to bring DA onto this site.. Caedes is totally different to DA.. they should be a seperate identity.. this is "Caedes" own personal project, im sure he wouldnt appreciate having DA all over it.

I have to admit that this is certainly a very interesting idea, however I don't think it could work for a number of reasons. There is not any real way to create a "group" on deviantart as far as I can tell. They have an "Art Group" catagory for deviations, however everything in those catagories is uploaded by a single person (per art group). My impression is that this is an old way that now defunct art groups would preserve their images after their websites desolved. There is no way to upload images to these galleries.

Maybe I'm wrong, but I saw no obvious way to join or create groups within the DA website.

actually .. I'd be surprised if timmy knows of the 'art groups' on DA .. the 'art groups are old school and low profile on DA, you almost have to stumble across them ..

I think what he meant was a club .. even the clubs have to email their uploads to one person to post and then they have to BEG people not to comment or FAV the piece at that location, but instead, go to the artists page and do so ....

the whole thing needs to be re-written, IMHO
