I have a new intel iMac so am getting reaquainted with Windows (XP). I just logged onto caedes for the first time and all the avatars are little red crosses, what's the deal?? Is it my firewall settings?

Browser? .. IE? .. I would recommend you try Firefox
My guess would be you have something toggled in the browser that keeps images from another address from loading

I probably won't be using windows for internet browsing much... originally I wasn't going to use it at all ( thought this the best way to avoid viruses). I mainly want it to run all the Win software that I have from before I made the switch.

It's a Microsoft product, that's the way it's suppose to work!! 8~P
I run XP & IE and I get that from time to time, unsure why, I just leave and come back or refresh and then...BAM, there they are.
I should try Firefox, I just hate change. Just can't seem to toss out my old bunny slippers for a new pair.

am agree with that Firefox is tousent times better than IE.IE is really slow and already old program which is close to the sunset IMO.If microsoft dont make some better with IE of course

OK... answer this one for me: Last night I noticed the Windows clock was 2 hours fast. I checked the time zone, it is correct, then I tried setting the internet time, and it corrected itself... now this morning it is two hours fast again!!! WHY????
