I posted a new image, "Summer at the Bowl", (sorry, don't know html) and the c-index rating is a four!!! There are no coments so I'm not really sure why this is the case. Please Help! Thanks in advance.

Just an old "Grampa" who still has a Kodak "Box" camera kicking around the attic ... learning and enjoying the wonders of modern digital photography.

If you take a photo in low lighting conditions like that the shutter is going to remain open for longer so that the sensor can absorb adequate light. Unless you use a tripod, it is practically impossible to end up with a photo that isn't blurry.

Or or...better yet, use the chair in front of you as a monopod. =P Hardly ever works, but much better than your hands alone.

Sam -

Get over it. The image is blurry and not so great. Read the forums about shooting photos w/o flash in large, murky spaces with limited ambient light and open shutter. Your portfolio is impressive, especially considering your age. You have everything to look forward to -- especially getting better and better -- so enjoy!
