I saw these on a website today and found them interesting and a bit surprising.

Screen Resolutions Statistics Worldwide:

1. 1024x768 - 47.99%

2. 1280x1024 - 24.53%

3. 800x600 - 6.56%

4. 1280x800 - 5.63%

5. 1152x864 - 4.85%

6. 1440x900 - 2.15%

7. 1280x768 - 1.80%

8. 1280x960 - 1.48%

9. 1600x1200 - 1.35%

10.1680x1050 - 1.19%

Total of statistically insignificant others – 2.47%

Well I've got the two biggest bases covered...

Are there any bigger resolutions or 1680x1050 is the max (along with 1600x1200)....for PC's...for normal ppl, not bill gates...

The others are statistically insignificant.

I guess it depends on who you ask really, OneStat for instance would beg to differ:

1. 1024 x 768 57.38%
2. 800 x 600 18.23%
3. 1280 x 1024 14.18%
4. 1152 x 864 4.95%
5. 1600 x 1200 1.67%
6. 1280 x 800 1.56%
7. 1600 x 1024 0.55%

whereas other stat sites show that larger resolutions such as 1600 x 1200 have increased their share this last year to 17% so make of all that what you will.

Below 1024x768 is too big, and above 1280x1024, is too small. At least, to me.

I think he meant that the _pixels_ were too big or small.

it's possible he meant his icons .. it's probably the way his daddy thinks .. which is reflected in his other viewpoints

Caedes and Keifer got what I meant. Basically the size of text, and the amount of area on the screen.

*blinks* oh! I get it now! well… sorry… I was confused… cuz um… well… get a bigger monitor then silly! 8•P

I couldn't fit it anywhere if I got a bigger one, and I don't have the money.

Maybe you just need to get a bigger house then!
