Using a diagonal sight line in a shot or a fractal or CGI can add to the composition of the scene.

From where you take your photograph can add to the story being told. Some different points of view are: bird's-eye view, becoming the subject (example: photographing food from the view of the person preparing the food), eye level, or worm's-eye view. Try a point of view you don't normally use.
