susanlynn: It does look like a castle - very beautiful in this night shot. Is this your entry for the contest - it would be a very good one.

Jhihmoac: I've seen this building before...I'm not sure, but I think a famous Midwest architect who was known for this type of Old English-Gothic genre designed it back in the day, along with quite a few other buildings, mostly schools and public institutions...mostly in the Chicago and Detroit Areas... His name however, escapes me @ the moment...
