I cleaned so many of these in the Navy I still sometimes see them in dreams. A good interpretation of the contest theme.

I thought you might have an old restored photo of your years in the Palestinian Liberation Army. "No Time for Sergeants" is one of my all time favorite comedies. Andy Griffith was just a kid and he was funny as hell.

I'm wondering what the deal is with the installation since three of these are manual flushers. I'm also trying to figure out how or where you got a shot like this with that many urinals and no urinaters unless you cloned them out which seems unlikely.

A really fine shot, TicK. Probably not taken in Amish country, but it's still quite the scene. The composition and focus are spot on. I sure would have loved to have seen the face of the lady in the hallway as you walked out the door with your camera in hand. "Oh, hi, Shirley...I was just in the restroom taking photos of the urinals for a contest. What do you mean I should be ashamed? Hey, there's nobody in there. Yes, I'm sure."

THAT may be very hard to beat!

Tick - I looked at this image, prior to reading the narrative, and immediately thought of No TIme for Sergeants. Will might have had an easier time with auto flush mechanisms for the film, though he was quite creative with the solution he developed. Thad
