I figured the Owd Timer shouldn't be the only one having fun with his Selective Color Contest. SCC for the acronym aficionado's in the crowd. SCC is not to be confused with the Scottish Consumer Council, Supreme Court of Candada, Satellite Control Center, Sembawang Country Club, Shipping Container Code or my favorite Second Class Citizen. Feel free to add another SCC meaning if you decide to comment. Maybe some Special Christmas Cookies will be awarded to the winner with the best SCC.

how about "Service Customer Care" for road side assistance. seems your Chevy is snowed in. i'll pass on the special cookies, my computer actually got ahold of some one time in a folder ironically named "temporary" it was most unpleasant to get rid of em.
nice picture for the contest, appropriate for this time of year as well.

Tick, such a cleaver contest you have here. I think I spent a lot of time studying your picture deciding (in my mind only) that the truck is parked on a north/south street and the eastern sun is melting the snow off. The truck had not been driven during the snow fall as per looking at the lack of foot prints and the way the snow has cleared some of the windows but has not been touched by blades on the front windshield. Ah, what an empty life I lead. Lol. I hope you do well in the selective color contest and with your Christmas Cookie contest too!

OFT (Owd Fella Tick), I'm not that inventive like you are, so I asked 'WIKI' for some solutions (lol).

Some people had some doubts whether your previous posting with the John Deere tractor was a that good example of selectivie coloring or not, because the snow wasn't snow-white. This one however shows, that these people weren't capable to make you crazy (lol again).
It meets perfectly the 'requirements' and/or 'specifications' of the SCC (SELECTIVE COLORING CONTEST), and besides that it's a perfect image too!

A very nicely composed capture of the snow clad Chev Tick. Good contrasts, lighting and details in the photo. The wreath is a nice seasonal touch and not a safety feature I hope.
