I don't think there is an Amish Buggy in this long exposure shot of the main street in my hometown. I believe there was a semi, hence the high red light. Just fooling around and freezing all in one shot. Possibility a candidate for the current contest.

Colour, action, movement - what a great shot Tick, almost an abstract. I think it deserves to do well in the competition.

To me it's not just a night shot, but an abstract painted by light.
Very original and artistic Owd Fella Tick! Well done!

A terrific entry Tick - I agree with Mr.C. - a painted by light creation.

I can't figure out what happened to the vehicles, but it's certainly interesting, Tick... and shooting time exposures at night, in freezing weather just made me realize how old I am :-).

I downloaded a copy of this into Photoshop and boosted the Shadows/Highlights to see if I could tell what it is. Seems to be a car and a row of houses in the right half but the contrast in lights, colors, shapes and subtleties makes this an art work. I like those jagged, repetitive vertical lines on the left, partly because of the colors but mostly because I can't freakin' figure out what made them. This is gonna bug me for some time and the shot could easily qualify for another one of the "What is it" contests. Cool, my man. -(K)Nik

Nice action shot, I think it's the turnip truck that just went through town. Now you have a whole other week to set up and wait for the next vehicle to come barreling down the road. Best of luck in the contest.
