A venture into night photography with some exposure experimentation. It seems to fit the parameters of the current contest. It is straight from the camera with no added gimmicks from any editing software. I got this out of focus all by my lonesome.

My kinda image too ! If people saw our two entries next to each other they would get panicky and all run to doctors to check their eyes :) Or like our Doug [mirto] start cleaning their glasses LOL
I am still wondering about my entry, perhaps I find something better and equally out of focus as my Boris ... LOL
I hope we still have some time. :)

I don't know who took the initiative to make 'Focus Feature' to a contest topic, but I like to say 'thanks' to her or him for that wonderful suggestion because any new entry make me think that I'm in need for new spectacles.
See that you were successful too in fooling your camera OFT (Owd Fella Tick), lol.

OK, although it's pretty hard for me, I have to stop kidding. Being seriously now, I like to say that your exposure experimentation has resulted in an image who meet the contest requirements very well. It's, perhaps not meant this way, a moody and dramatic night shot too. One of the best entries that I've seen up till now, so there's a good chance that it will be the winner! If I wasn't a that humble person (lol again), perhaps I would have offered you my congratulations in advance.

Regards, Cornelius.

Hey, this is outta focus Tick! (lol) I'm stuck on the parameters for the contest and will probably sit this one out. Best of luck with your entry and don't worry; the other contestant entries are also blurred.

This looks like a sure winner Tick. After all you deserve to win too because the idea originated (Nik's comment) from your earlier image. Well done Dr. Dolittle!

Again, just what I had in mind when I suggested this contest theme. The blur and movement transforms the image and takes on a life of its own. Good luck in the contest, dude.

The blur and just the fact that things do tend to look quite different at night and causes us to focus on different things makes this a great idea and entry...of course, us secret agents always have to be focused regardless...nice colors and well composed...good luck SOT.

It's an experiment that has worked well Tick. The soft focus and the hint of light in the church windows is inspired.
