I am still on hiatus with an appearance once in a while. Grandson's ballgames, golf and work continue to occupy most of my time. I do look at all my friends photos and comment occasionally. You can see my last "Why I Golf" photo here.

It's a gorgeous shot TicK. I'll bet there was a foursome coming up behind you, shouting to the put the camera away and play golf! I see you're standing just on the edge of the rough...hmmmmm.

Wow the depth of field in this photo is out right amazing you can see for miles and great composition and lovely colours that are natural plus stunning blue sky too with nice cloud formation as well.Well done to I very nice post Tick.

Another fabulous golf course view Tick - I can see why you golf - but could give you many reasons why I don't (inability to connect club with ball being the foremost)

Good of you to drop by Tic, of course everyone's talking of golf during the British Open Championship. A grand view of an immaculate golf course, but I can never forget the film scene with Michael Douglas in Falling Down. (o:

Nice capture here, Cap'n...I used to play golf on occasion back in my teenage days...Nothing to write home about, and I used a relative's old set of clubs...but I always liked the way everything on a course was designed - except when I was swatting the ball from out of the deep rough...Making par was a rarity... :P
