OFT (Owd Fella Tick), this is a great dedication for our good and 'old' (please notice the quotes) friend Jimbob. Think you've hit the nail by its head for providing this image of a solid state 'toy'. Hope that Jimbob will have a speedy and complete recovery, so that your wish, as described in your narrative, for him will come true. He's in my thoughts and prayers.

An American classic..We are watching reruns of The Streets of San Francisco here..Love these old gas guzzlers..Get well soon Jim...Come back stronger than ever....R.
A nice and thoughtful image for our good friend Jimbob, Tick. You see these still on the streets of Havana. Hope The doctors are taking good care of him and that he will be back with us soon.
Why does it need restored? What could be wrong with it? lol. It may take a whole lot of bit to fix this one. But, Jimbob's fine doctors will fix him up real good and real soon.
Jimbob you are in my Thoughts & Prayers. Hope everything goes well and you have a speedy recovery. Is that an old Edsel car, I remember them and they didn't seem to stay on the market very long.
What a cool posting for him and he'll love it for sure it. Too bad someone doesn't restore this old car with love.

Yes a lovey post for Jimbob and we know he would love it too and let hope he makes a speedy recovery .Very nice capture of this old car and I like the way Mother Nature as add her colours to this fine sharp capture and if this was seen in the UK it would be snatched up and rebuilt and back on the road.
Very thoughful Tick and sure Jimbob will love it. The extra thoughts and good wishes added here add to its value. The quality of the photo needs nothing added though.
My thanks to all who leave comments for my work and to those of you who like one enough to make it a favourite. To touch just one person that way makes each image worthwhile. . . . . . . . . .. . . . "The question is not what you look at, but what you see" ~ Marcel Proust
Amazing how cars can just sit for years. Made me wonder if anyone will still be driving a 1995 VW Golf with the same reverence in a few years time, as these 'classics' of yesteryear.
No restoration needed on that beauty...except to get the cracked window fixed. I am just now seeing this. Your kindness overwhelms me, Tick. Thanks for thinking of me, and your wonderful gesture.
He's in my thoughts and prayers.
Regards, Sea.
