Just Another Winter Shot.
When you hear that Old Man Winter has us in his jaws, you will know what we mean. Better this, then all the flooding south of us.

It looks pretty dang frigid with the dark and white contrasts, Tick. The cloud formations add to the chilly feeling. A cuppa hot chocolate or an espresso laced with grappa will warm the soul. Well done.

Glad your not in all the flooding by St. Louis Tick - I can't imagine trying to deal with that in such cold weather. This says Midwest winter to me in all aspects!

Owd Fella Tick (OFT), Old Man Winter in my area is hibernating (lol), because we have have relative high temperatures here (9 degrees Celsius, 48 degrees Fahrenheit). But as always, every type of weather (except the by you mentioned flooding) has it own charm, proven by this wonderful image!

I would rather have that at present!...Massive floods happening over here since before December! .. .. Constant rains with the higher temperatures falling on already saturated grounds have caused havoc

Visually I like them both but for my aging bones I prefer the warmer image... plus the sunset is quite beautiful.
