Autumn in my part of the world welcomes a change of colors in the leaves and also the reappearance of our Nation's symbol, the Bald Eagle. I saw my first one today and was lucky enough to capture a photo while he was dining. The fall colors in the background and the majestic bird attest that Autumn has indeed arrived. I thought this might be a candidate for the current contest.

He certainly is shredding that thing, so shredded I can't tell what it was, even after enlarging it in Photoshop... a rabbit, maybe? They are powerful and beautiful birds, obvious why Native Americans then and now hold them in such regard.
