This Robin looked like he was wondering why he had returned so early. He was waiting for the snow to melt so he could grab a worm, and I was waiting for the snow to melt so I could go golfing and get a birdie. According to an old friend of mine, Marvin Tailfeathers, there is an old Indian Legend that says: "When a Robin sees its reflection in melted snow water, Spring is ready to burst." Let us hope Marvin is correct.

Robin only went with the calendar and now he is really confused seeing all that snow. Good one Tick.

I saw my first robin this morning Tick but he had no snow or water to deal with. Don't think he found any worms either - I hope that legend is true.

The look you captured is so darn cute, he does seem to be wondering why? Lol! I spotted my first robin the other day while taking my walk.

I know how that bird feels. Yesterday I woke up and there was a new six inches of snow on the ground! I want Spring to get here, just like your robin, and to stay with us, forever!

Tick, think the robin is somewhat disappointed, because it's on a winter sports vacation now (☺) .
Have patience Owd Fellow, because spring is inevitable to come.

Besides wondering about the weather, he's wondering what you are doing. Cool capture of this early bird, it will be around 2 months before all our snow goes.

I don't know how your golf game is but you got a good birdie here...while waiting on the snow to melt, there is a fellow on the Golf Channel lately that may have some good golf tips for you...his name is Tiger Woods:)
