Deer Hunting Season is in full swing in my part of the world and I shot this one (with a camera) yesterday. It was snowing and he was hot on the trail of some lady friends. It is that time of the year! I could have cropped it to show off the deer, but I chose to show him in his natural environment. I thought the colors added something to the scene.

I think your choice of not cropping was a good idea, he sure has big rack, I hope he makes through the hunting season. tigz=^..^=

Owd Fella Tick (OFT), I join me in Sandi's comment that in these conditions not cropping was the best possible choice because it leaves the character of the scene intact.
