This is a natural black and white photo taken by a trail camera. You might say it is a "Buck Selfie." My grandson downloaded some of the photos on my computer and I fell in love with this one.
I liked it so much I decided to use it for one of my favorite movies, The Deer Hunter. It is a complex movie and has a lot to say about the war in Vietnam and war in general. The acting is outstanding and you can read about it here.
The music was outstanding and I've provided links below for you to enjoy. It is also my contribution to SATURDAY NIGHT AT THE MOVIES.

Wow! What a great capture. I remember my brother wouldn't take me to see this movie when I was young and I didn't know why.

That was a movie not for the soft-hearted. I remember that my wife walked out of the cinema hall half way and waited for me in the lobby. Nice picture of the deer with his antlers.

Loved the musical selections (anything with Frankie Valli is good for me). I also like very much anything with Andy Williams.
The deer has that "human in a headlight" look. Hope all's going well for Mr. Buck. I sense he may have just found his horns (antlers) in a dilemma as if he is in a Viet Cong prison camp and some American named Michael has passed him a revolver and said it was his turn.
