Backyard Visitor 2

I'm getting a lot of backyard visitors in at my new home so I thought I better save them. You can see my first visitor here.

This pair of Goldfinches really caught my eye. If they have been back I haven't seen them. I have regular visitors every day and I'm beginning to know about when they will show. The move is still going. Slowly but surely, a lifetime of accumulation is being sorted. I thought I would also make this an entry into SATURDAY NIGHT AT THE MOVIES..

The Goldfinch is a movie I want to see and thought this fit the bill. You can see the trailer here. Enjoy the photo and the movie if you have the opportunity. More visitor to come in the future.

The one on the right seems to be the look-out for the one on the left. I bet they take turns while one eats one listens and watches out for trouble.

Wonderful scene, love the stance of the one on the right, and I think John's comment is undeniable. Colors are superb.

Your capture of the backyard visitors is good and I see you have found a place for you to take some enjoyable pictures. I'm happy for you Tick. I've read up on some commentaries about the film. I'll let you read them by searching Google. Only time will tell about the movie. Thanks for the SNATM selection.

I used to see them all the time where I previously lived but not so much now - but I do now see birds I didn't see before so a good trade-off. Glad the move is going well - slow is a good thing when it comes to a move. Nice capture.

Owd Fella Tick (OFT), congratulations with your new home.
I suppose Sandi inspired you to buy a feeder too. See that there are already new 'customers'.
Good representation of the SNATM-theme (🎥).
Well done again, 👍 !

Wait till the news gets around Tick. They will all come. I used to have a feeder out every summer but I have given up now. If you go through my gallery you will see all kinds of birdies. Nice capture here.
