I wonder why the mother didn't try to protect the runt when the others were pecking away at it. I mean, if she was screaming as it went over the side???? I guess I'm asking you to explain her thought process to me...LOL...if you could do that, you'd be in another line of work !!! Nice job, E J. Nature is what she is and nothing more or less.

Wow, another great capture EJ. This is life in death as it occurs in nature. This was an excellent series and has really told a story as well. Great work!!
