Faved this one! I love the eerie feel to this, and those trees are so wonderful yet weird. The bird in the bottom of the picture really finishes this off. Great work.

What a most beautiful photo!! Gosh I miss those swamps and bayous! I love the Spanish Moss, I had not seen this photo of yours and for sure have saved it! Louisiana is " a world all of its own" and that lone Egret is just fantastic. I still think you ought to try for the Audabon Magazine! I would think they would love publishing your outstanding photos! I remember so well the soft swam scents in the evenings drifting over the rest of the areas. Your photos are just magnificent. I have a huge file folder with them. Thank you for the reminder of the wonderful South. Verena
