It looks like choir practice. Either that or some last minute instructions before going out on the bayou. Hope they are told about old boots just waiting for dinner. Great photo of your Egrets EJ.

I can't tell if that one egret is getting yelled at, or being laughed at. Great shot, EJ.

I guess for survival sake they would have to mature rather quickly. They look almost full grown here. Another wonderful shot, EJ.

As Jan said, they are gorgeous. This has to be one of the best series I have seen on Caedes. Your compositions and clarity are always excellent. I still think the egrets may have adopted you.

You do realise EJ that all of us here on caedes cannot look at an Egret now without thinking of you!!!! ha ha! We never tire of your fantastic photos of these amazingly beautiful creatures. This capture is lovely and it is nice to see them turning into gorgous looking adults. Are they equivalent to teenagers now? If so, this capture is probably teenage verbal! lol. Lovely capture and the clarity, colour and composition is perfect - fav'd and thanks for sharing. Well done!

Ah, the awkward teenage years, when they don't know it but they are not invulnerable and have so much to learn ahead of them.

Looks like they're not afraid of practicing!

Great shot, E J.

Fantastic, with a well-deserved high score. They really have grown and you caught them in such a great pose. Terrific dof too the blurred background makes them jump right out of the screen.
