I've been trying to get descent shot's of egrets all week long ... missed a close-up of one in flight yesterday & discovered I didn't have my camera turned on. I have to say they are fun to watch though. Excellent capture EJ ... those wings are absolutely beautiful.
The coloring is perfect to give it a great touch of class. I still say they deliver the ones that are born with a silver spoon in their mouth. Storks get the rest.
I never get enough of seeing these beautiful birds in flight, and this is a real beauty, EJ. Great wing position you've captured. Way to shoot, my friend :)
Nice timing EJ! You got it before it got its head tucked back in. As all egret shooters know, shots with this sort of composition and detail are very hard to get! Thanks for showing what can be done! -Alan
I much appreciate all the comments I receive about my images, but please excuse me if I don't always reply. My interest in Caedes is exceeding my time available!
You have a genuine fascination ( love if you will ) for Owls and Egrets. You apparently have these birds within a convenient distance. How wonderful for you ... How wonderful for the members, who reap the benefit of your marvelous photographs. Case in point ... THIS ONE !!! God it's gorgeous.
