Why do the pictures come out square when the lens is round??

I cannot face another day. I cannot face it any way. Not in the light, not in the dark. Not in a zoo, not in a park. I cannot face this guy at all. Not if I'm large, not if I'm small. He points his camera in my face. I cannot hide any place. He aims and shoots all day long. Am I right, or am I wrong? To want to make him go away, and bother someone else today? ...Dr. Jimbob Seuss ...The title of your picture is "Leave Me Alone" with a little something to go with it. (Nice picture, too, EJ.)

Is this a contest of some sort? Mr Big-Eyes who never misses a trick or a snack. His claws look sharp I wouldn't want to be a mouse in his grasp.
Nice work EJ!
