Had a hard time catching up to this Fast Flying Egret. Cropped off one-third of right side and resized. Still usable with Icons on Right. LOL. Have A Great Day! E J

Icons to the right of me, icons to the left..here I am..stuck in the middle with you. Sorry...I couldn't help it. My mind is oddly at work again today. I always have the icons on the left, so what I will do is flip the picture horizontally, and it will work perfectly. I sure wouldn't want to pass up putting this beauty on the DT for awhile. Great shot, again, EJ.

Great clarity in this photo of the fast flying bird. He is flying in "building material" and is in a hurry.

Can't agree with Jimbob's comment above, as by flipping this image the egret will flow away from the nest instead of approaching it while there's a lot of work to do in a very brief time, lol!
Excellent post again E.J.

Inspiring in flight capture of him. Love the details and action. Never worry about icons. I use Deskhide which makes them go away when not using them. So I get a desk free image.

Another good one Jambo. I heard the Egrets have hired out to build Heron and Eagles nests because of the economy. Just some swamp talk going around, I don't know if there is any truth to it or not.

They do move quickly ... nice action shot of this egret EJ. Wonderful detail in those wings. Notice a bit of tilt to the right in the blurred background, but does not distract from the image as a whole. Sometimes I move my icons to the right, so this will work nicely as a DT. Thanks! Very well done on the take.

I always considered you somewhat of an icon, at least as it pertains to your photography. I would gladly move to the right and not miss any of this egret.
