This, I believe is actually a moth. But it was very cool to find along a hike in the Columbia Gorge, OR. The contrast of stark white and lush green was intense; he seemed the wrong color for the season. We decided to pick him up for our travels :)

Unusal and effective. Maybe crop closer to the hand, so that you have that wonderful composition of hand and moth.

Itīs a beautiful moth, I realy like the white color. I haveīnt seen one with that color before. Very nice find and capture!
