I took this shot in the Park Guell,Barcelona..Gaudi,the brilliant Spanish architect created this amazing Parc..one of his loveliest works..The architecture harmonises with the natural environment that Gaudi respected so much..even,for exemple ..changing the shape of a stairway in order to save a tree..He said once:"I can make a stairway in 3 weeks but it takes 20 years to make a pine tree.."..you can see here, the harmony between the columns and... an old tree.. -hope you'll enjoy!

Adriana, without narrative this image would be a puzzle to me (lol). After reading your narrative and watching your image I only do come to the conclusion that you did a perfect job. Think, no, know for sure, I could't do this better! Regards, Cornelius

Looks like sculpture is praying. Appears to have become one with it's surroundings. You captured it beautifully. Shadows seem to make a window. I don't know to whose soul. Great post.

What a very interesting shot this is. I love the way the stone and the wood blend into each other like that. You have captured it perfectly my friend.

Unless enlarged, it does look like a sculpture. I'm glad you explained what this was in your narative. Great Job capturing this unique piece of architecture.

I like his way of thinking Adriana and the harmony is obvious for all to see. ...but you have also captured this beautifully with the light highlighting all the columns!

Your art shows us Gaudi's art in such an intuitive way...the stairs and the tree live together and harmonize and yet each are fulfilling their own purpose. I join the kudos of others in appreciating this shot and your narrative.

Absolutely perfect. What a great man this Gaudi was. I don't think I've ever seen anyone else do this with architecture before. I'm going to have to read up on this guy...great shot as well, my dear!
