On a hike at Hurricane Ridge in Olympic National Park we saw this deer, and luck would have it she stuck her tongue out right as I snapped the picture...
He who dwells in the shelter of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the almighty. I will say of the Lord, "He is my refuge and my fortress, my God in whom i trust". Psalm 91: 1 and 2
Nice shot, David. A minor bit of work will make a significant difference in impact.
Cropping from the top and right side (about half the distance to the deer) will decentralize the deer and provide more space in it's direction of travel. And cloning over the dead limbs/brush with live growth removes a major distraction.
I think Doug means cropping out the top and right side... other than that I think I would agree with him! At least the deer is not dead center of your picture... and perhaps the cloning will be less necessary with the cropping of the upper portion. Play with it to see if you agree. In the end it is YOUR picture. :o)
