YEs, but are they asleep on the job? LOL...I love the soft drama in this photo!! And of course with all that "graffiti" on the doors, it makes one realize it might be kind of a "tough" neighborhood..nice shot!!

I do love a good piece of photojournalism! This shot speaks volumes about the people and place, then there's also the universal patience and loyalty of dogs. So well done.
