My entry for the Art Deco contest. I came across a lot of stained-glass designs in my researches, so I decided to try one with the popular sun motif. I had fun picking textures from various Apophysis and Xaos renders, some of which have been sitting on my computer for months or even years. There are bits of this, this, and this in there, as well as others that have never seen the light of day. It's amazing the number of uses one can get out of fractals ...

Prints of this and other works are available at RedBubble and Zazzle.

Wow, this just leapt off the screen with the beautiful mix of colours and design. I think this has got to be a strong contender in the contest, so good luck. Fav'd and thank you for sharing!

Very nice, Hannah. I like how you've tied in various elements of your works here. I could definitely see this as a stained glass window of a main lobby in a huge corporate building, bank etc. Best of luck to you in the contest.

My thanks to all who leave comments for my work and to those of you who like one enough to make it a favourite. To touch just one person that way makes each image worthwhile. . . . . . . . . .. . . . "The question is not what you look at, but what you see" ~ Marcel Proust
