This is an image of the Australian outback and the effects the global warming is having as about 60% of the State that I live in is feeling the effects with the worst droughts in decades. All States in Australia are being effected by this HARSH REALITY and the farmers can't graze the cattle or life stock and they can't grow crops of any sort as the ground is to barren and lifeless to grow anything. I hope that one it isn't too late to slow or stop the process but I think that it is already to late. I hope you like the image And I hope that it make people open their eyes and try and come up with ways to help save Mother Earth. I love to hear you views on the image and I would aslo like to hear your views on the global extent of the problems. Please full in full screen to get the most out of this HARSH REALITY> Thanks Jason

It's a nice image, but i think your words are certainly the more powerful of the two. As i said, it's something we need to talk about more and more - and eventually more will be done. It will be too late to stop many things though.

No doubt about it, you have mastered the teragen program. Kudos, Jason, for your image and your description. Both are very powerful. If we reversed global warming tomorrow, it would take decades to see any real change. God help us and the future generations.

Great work in showing your expressions and feelings on a very serious situation in our world and on our planet. So much pollution so many things created by people that are ruining the environmentl in which we live...thats the big question..will we ever learn? Its great so many groups and organizations are making the attempt and the warnings are being given...this is a subject that I could chat about for a while but I will stop and just say I "hear you" and this is a super work youve done..and ty for the wonderful PM it does mean a lot. Um, well. Lol, about the global warming problem (thats what were talking about right?)...welll, I'm thinking its about 80% nature 20% man's fault b/c of it...but im 16, I've been wrong b4. Anyways, awesome render. Maybe you shouldof used a smoother terrain for a more, dry, sandy look.

This is beautiful Jason. Desolate, vast, and lonely, but beautiful. I agree with your sentiments. Something does need to be done.

Nice work Jason! I was fortunate to grow up in a family that values conserving energy and preserving nature. Our house is powered by solar panels and wind generation. We grow our own vegetables etc. The amount of pollution that is not only put into the air, but land and water every second in the world is disgusting. Our planet is being raped everyday, forests are destroyed by parking lots, crops are saturated in pesticides that runoff into the water, species are becoming extinct, diseases are on the rise in not only humans but animals as well... You wonder what the future is going to hold. Global warming could also still be a natural effect. Just look at the amount of pollution a volcano spews out in one eruption? We do have to change though. Unfortunately I don't think it is going to happen until it is too late. Even if we all changed our ways tommorow, we wouldn't see the effects for years. There might not even be effects to see. Humans are like a disease, we spread, we multiply, we destroy. It's a sad reality.

As a partial Native American, I have very strong opinions about the condition of Mother Earth. Your photo speaks strongly; our actions speak louder. It's important we all walk the talk. Thanks for posting this. - Patty

Well Jason, I could outline the problem in a few sentences. Or a word. GREED. Insatiable greed for more and more profits. Greed for power, for possessions and control. Even if there are green movements and the people follow, what about big companies and powerful industrial countries? Good render, but I too like the previous ones better.
