Great shot Anita - No matter how many times I see photos of the shore, either mid-day, or at sunrise or sunset, they each look completely different from one another!!
This is quite beautiful and peaceful looking!
Thanks for sharing..

Lovely colours in this Anita! I would like to see it softened a little bit, but that does not detract from it being a really good photograph. :) Patti

A lovely sunrise shot Anita. I hate to keep harping - don't hate me - it's sliced through the middle. It's important to keep the horizon in the upper or lower third of the frame for the best composition. I might have to come down there and show you how it's done...LOL I've never been to Galveston - hear it's gorgeous and your photo proves that. anne :-)

Don't tell me it's good, tell me what is good about it. Don't tell me it stinks, tell me what I can do do improve it. Thank you for taking the time to tell me anything at all. Be blessed. anne :-)

This is very soothing and restful to the soul, I like the different shapes/textures you've captured with the waves, the sand and clouds. I agree with Anne about either raising or dropping the horizon in your viewfinder but that's not to detract from the overall peace and tranquility of the picture Roy
