The Guadalupe River has some very strong rapids in other areas and is known for tubing and fun. This part of it, I found, was a very quiet and serene place. Enjoy, have a great day and thanks for stopping in. Anita
Wow, is this the Still Waters Run Deep they talk about? Beautiful, Anita! I really like the light in the center there, leading the eye into the rest of the scene. Very nice!
Thanks to all who comment on pictures in my gallery. Please accept my apologies if I am unable to thank you each time, and please don't feel obligated to thank me for my comments.

This is a beautiful job of lighting. A great exposure challenge exsquisitly met. This river has some beautifully blue/green water to it. I like that too but have not seen you post any yet. ???

A lovely composition Anita. The reflection in the water is nice. The elements in and at waters edge add interest. I find the shadows a bit too deep but that could be my monitor and the area I'm veiwing from today (bright room.) Otherwise it's a very nice shot. anne :-)
Don't tell me it's good, tell me what is good about it. Don't tell me it stinks, tell me what I can do do improve it. Thank you for taking the time to tell me anything at all. Be blessed. anne :-)

Beautiful picture here. The water almost look inviting, though i suspect it would be rather cold. I like the colours around the lake and the smoothing of the trees in the background. If i had one complaint, maybe it is a little too dark, but there again that could also be my monitor. Good job as always
Saw this in the VB ... wondered whose it was ... Gave it a high mark because I liked the overall darkness of the image which highlighted the small burst of sunlight reflected in the center. Very nice Anita and CLEARLY pleasant to gaze upon.
I would rather live my life as if there is a God and die to find out there isn't, than live my life as if there isn't and die to find out there is.
