These beauties are in with the orangs at our Zoo. Don't know what they are called but thought they were so beautiful in color. Enjoy and thanks for stopping in. Have a geat day. Anita
I heard people call them "mandarins" but maybe they were not exactly these ...
In any case - these ones ARE simply beautiful.
But they have acted just as models for a MASTER which is obvious for anybody watching this perfectly composed and renderd image ...
Congratulations, dear Anita !!!!

The colors of these birds resemble a Wood Duck which is native to where I live, only these are prettier. You really captured a GREAT SHOT, of whatever they are. They may be some type of HYBRID. Thanks for sharing.
They are drop dead gorgeous and the first time I saw them was in the voting booth and they had to squabble over the 10 pieces of food I had in my hand to give them..lol...great job, my friend.

Ohhh...they are lovely and so sweet...i like the blurred water on the background - it gives so interesting effect...and the shot looks more delicate and surrealistic, because it becomes some speciall curves...and the birds looks like the soft clocks of Dali...fast:-)))Fast the same effect.Lol*

Oh what a lovely pair, Anita! I have never seen these before. You come up with such interesting critters. I'm always amazed. They have so many different colors and patterns on them.
You will be led to the knowledge of the internal things which are invisible to you, by the external things which you see before you. . . . Even so then, we can represent to ourselves in thought the Author of all that is, by contemplating and admiring the (visible) things which He has made, and ever brings into being.

These beauties look like some kind of duck - one looks all tuckered out and the other looks like it moved alittle. Nicely caught close-up. Thanks Anita, for showing these different birds of a feather :*))
These are "birds". ;-) Great capture. in my favorites for sure.
