There is a bush at our Zoo that has these wonderful bright 'foofoos' all over it. I have no clue what their name is but found them beautiful. Thanks for coming by and have a great day. Anita

Beautiful Anita. Lovely color and clarity. The stem looks like a silhouette of a woman with a crown on her head :) holding a little ball in her hands. Excellent work.
At first I thought it was a crest of a bird! It is a beautiful plant and it looks like one that only grows in warmer climes. I wouldn't mind having one of these. It reminds me of a powder puff.
You will be led to the knowledge of the internal things which are invisible to you, by the external things which you see before you. . . . Even so then, we can represent to ourselves in thought the Author of all that is, by contemplating and admiring the (visible) things which He has made, and ever brings into being.

The red ball of fluff against the blue sky and the womaan's head in curlers under that :) looks great. For us it is something unusual and therefore all the more Interesting.

Wonderful capture Anita, the red is so vibrant and each little detail so clear.
It looks a bit like the blossom of a Rata (Pohutokawa, sometimes called NZ Christmas tree) I have growing. Have a look HERE and see what you think. It is an older photo, the tree has not flowered so well this year.
excellent Anita!
i have no idea what it is either-but want one in my yard!
