This is my 2year old Yorkie named Maya. I was just playing around with my new Nikon D5000. This is the very first picture I took. I still have a lot to learn, but it will be fun doing it!

Good shot. I think the focus looks it is on the nose and not the eyes which is important. But the clarity on this is great and the colors are nice as well. good job
