This is a brilliant first macro image. The clarity is second to none and I like how the dark background further enhances the already golden yellow colour of the flower. Well done!

Well. I don't take picture of flowers. But I do like looking at the ones the "Foofy-Club" bring us. This is a really good shot. Simple. Haven't seen yellow outside in quite a while. Thanks for bringing us a little spring.

Nice color, great clarity and focus. The bluish-dark background is a perfect foil for the lovely yellow. I have a personal dislike for a lot of dark background (not shared by all of Caedes by any means). I might have cut out this beauty with enough background to set it off, and reframed it using a slightly lighter version of one of the blue tones to get it back to your original dimensions, but offsetting the blossom a little. And if I did all that, I might not have liked the result! Good pic, I really like it.
