I usually prefer "untamed" (unframed) fractals but I really like this. I don't know what you changed the textures and parameters from but they should feel honoured to have such a makeover!
If it is possible for stone to look reptilian, this looks it. If I were forced to name one thing I would change (having been heavily influenced by the guidelines on leaving comments on images), it would be the corners which seem a little too dark and abandoned. I rather like them, though, as it seems to go with the slightly sinister reptilian feel (though I know this is unfair to snakes and apologise to any snakes in advance for maligning them unjustly in this way).
I would like to say this jumped out at me in the gallery of new images, but since it is missing a thumbnail, such a claim would clearly be untrue. If it were not for the fact that I'm waiting for an image to finish uploading, I doubt I would have been fortunate enough to bother clicking on this particular image's empty frame! Since some others may be similarly inclined, I hope it receives a thumbnail soon.
All of earth is crammed with heaven And every bush aflame with God But only those who see take off their shoes. - Elizabeth Barrett Browning<p>
