Many of you have seenChris' nightshot of the Burgtheater. I could never write that clear about the history and stuff, so please follow the link, to get those information. But I really hope, you come by to post a comment for me and I hope, you like the theatre at daytime too.

Sabine I followe you link and his night shot and history of this were very good. This leads me to your post. I think you have done a very fine job also. The sunlight on it really adds to this picture also. Very nice Sabine and thanks for sharing it and adding the link to Chris's post. sandi

The sunlight/shadows on this is just great, Sabine. I too followed the link and really liked his picture too. Both of you deserve a "well done".

I had not seen Chris' shot of this before so I got two for the price of one! Which is free! Can't get a better deal than that! Beautiful building as we have all come to expect as well as your beautiful captures of said buildings also! So the busts surrounding the building towards the top are all past "stars" of this theater if I understand correctly? Very neat again and by both! Thanks Sabine!

Another perfect capture of the warm honeyed tones of the sunlit Viennese stone, accentuated by that gorgeous blue sky. [You want to see BLUE then wait for my post tomorrow...;o)]
Your's and Chris's images really compliment each other well. Fantastic.

Wow!! the blue of the sky makes for an incredible contrast to the sun's golden rays glowing on the top of the structure. very, very well done!
