You know Sabine it does have that look. Ha Ha! Another very good shot. I have to ask you my friend (how do always end up with those gorgeous blue skies?) Sandi
I have to ask the same question as Sandi: How do you keep getting all those very bright and blue skies? Very good photo, and yes it does look like the bow of a ship.

I'm in and out of here a lot but seem to have little time to comment. So, please know that I enjoy your work, appreciate your stopping by my gallery and hope you have a happy day ;) Anita
The sky is so blue it almost hurts...LOL The clarity and perspective are fantastic. Indeed, this building looks like a ship, and it is a mervellous piece of architecture. Great work. :)
Sabine, I want you to put that ship in the ocean and point it toward the northeastern part of the US...I think Portsmouth, NH would be about the right destination...it's obviously mine. It has my name on it, and I've been waiting a long time for my ship to come in...there of course will be a finder's fee in the form of a large check in the mail to you shortly...lol..
Now you mention it, yes it actulay looks a bit like a ships bow indeed !
The building is from the 1920's i guess ? Again, the color and sharpness of the image is just great again. Waiting for more corners to come !
It does look like a ship, now that you mention it! I really like your perspective on this building. The detail is so clear and the blue sky is a great backdrop. Diane
Well break a bottle of champagne over it's bow and set her to sail Sabine! lol Looks like plenty of room for passengers to so I'll get on board before you cast off! Good job on this one!

I'm really enjoying these little corners you are showing us Sabine. This one is no exception with it's unusual architectural design feature. I'm sure it's much older but it does look like Art Deco designs of the 1920's!
As usual you've chosen a great perspective to show this off - and that sky gets bluer with every posting;o)
Cheers,
Steve.
