At the gates of Salzburg and at the foot of the Hellbrunn mountain is a zoo in natural surroundings with over 400 animals. The use of fences and bars is avoided. "Zoo living space" in which both small and large animals can live together as nature intended is considered one of the singular features. Divided into different geographical zones the visitor experiences the Hellbrunn animals in a natural environment. So for example rhinoceros, antelopes, and guinea fowl romp together in the African Savannah. Other areas show the Eurasian fauna (bears and lynxes, mountain goats, marmots, and fish otter) or other interesting animals. And this guy is the most intelligent of them all, called the Professor. Do you believe me?

He sure looks intelligent - or maybe a bit mischievous, like he is going to grab something? Anyways, beside the cute subject I like the warm colours in this one.

Sabine, I can't help it, I tried to stay serious, but this image made me smile. It's not only a cute but a funny image to me as well. Your narrative is very intertesting too. Thanks for both. Regards, Cornelius
