I promised a pic every month, that shows, how this month here in Austria is. I thought this one fits good for this month, since we had a lot of clouds and the trees already have a little fall-style ...
Seasons within seasons! :) nice capture Sabine! It looks like your hot dry days are no more! August looked like this for most of the time in the UK but the trees are more green!

Sabine, autumn is too early this year. I won't be in a autumn mood now (lol). Wonderful composition with magnificient colours! Well done! Regards, Cornelius
Sabine what a good idea and this is very nice. I like the color and really the comp. is well done. You have the mood captured very nice in this one. >< ♪ ♫ :)sandi ♪ ♫ ♪
A wonderfully warm and glowing image. You have a lot of fall color there and I like the fog/clouds covering the distant hillside. It's almost time for a September post. lol
You will be led to the knowledge of the internal things which are invisible to you, by the external things which you see before you. . . . Even so then, we can represent to ourselves in thought the Author of all that is, by contemplating and admiring the (visible) things which He has made, and ever brings into being.

beautiful colours...express so well the nature's mood in august:the end of summer and the beginning of autumn, this transition, bring along this superb colour on everything that's nature...lovely!
This seems so warm and inviting to me, Sabine. I'm cloudy day and fall type of person, hence the feeling of warmth. I love the shrouded mountains set behind the golden foliage. You chose a great angle to capture this from, too. Great work -
