Here we do not have a special date for Thanksgiving, every town, every church, every group is having their own event. This was shot in the church of Johnsbach, Styria, where they celebrated Thanksgiving the Sunday before we were there. I could not resist, taking a shot of this scene.

I can understand you wanting to photograph this Sabine. Your picture tells a story and the set up is perfect! A nice touch with the leaves in front of the book! a lovely capture!

The reds, white and gold are very eye catching. I wonder what the different elements represent. The Bible, interestingly, appears to have a gold cover. Well shot, Sabine.

You will be led to the knowledge of the internal things which are invisible to you, by the external things which you see before you. . . . Even so then, we can represent to ourselves in thought the Author of all that is, by contemplating and admiring the (visible) things which He has made, and ever brings into being. - Hermes
