I'd hate to have to mow that lawn!! Great shot, Blumie. It's the perfect mountain home!

Think this image is taken at a pretty height Sabine, as the trees has already become rare. Lovely scenery and captured very well. rergards, Cornelius

Oh yes this is such a lovely image for me. The angled slope of the mountain is a very welcome sight. The angle is quiet steep ! if snow falls, maybe these people can ski all the way down to Heiligenblut ! ... but then again, how to get back ?
It is a shame that i can only see those mountains for two weeks a year, so thanks for this lovely reminder of the summer. Great picture.

I would have used this angle too; because I'd be worn out and refuse to climb any higher. Great post and can only imagine the view they must have. Good work Sabine.

A very interesting perspective. Did you stay here? Looks like a beautiful cloudless day too. What a view there must be from the lodge looking down. Wonderfully clear shot.

You will be led to the knowledge of the internal things which are invisible to you, by the external things which you see before you. . . . Even so then, we can represent to ourselves in thought the Author of all that is, by contemplating and admiring the (visible) things which He has made, and ever brings into being. - Hermes
